Hi Matt, I worked with Nick Furbee mostly on my loans. Nick and his team were great. Nick is knowledgable and professional and is easy to talk with. For me being fairly new to establishing multiple loans, Nick listened and was patient with me, answered all my questions in a straight forward manner and made me feel comfortable with the process. He is an asset to your company. Matt Walker was also helpful answering my questions when Nick was away. Tracy Machtolff was not as available to me when I called her to try and get information. I worked with Spencer starting in May 2020 on a new construction as their preferred lender. While the home was in construction, Spencer and his team worked to keep me informed and my loan current throughout the process. They took the extra steps to call or text if there when there was something that was time sensitive. Due to building delays with the pandemic, my loan closing was adjusted twice, but Spence and Lisa worked to keep me posted and things moving to ensure that we had the right loan lock period and things in place when it was back on again. I would definitely work with Spence again for the purchase of another home and highly recommend FBC.

Initially when I reached out to FBC with an existing pre-approval from another lender, and only called to bounce some concerns off a second lender. However, In my first call to FBC I was connected to Andrew Clower, whose professionalism, integrity, and knowledge swept me off my feet. He took time to explain the full picture of standard requirements and what to expect. I left that call feeling like my original lender wasn't the right option, and took a few days to think more on Andrew's insight. The following Monday morning I reached back out to FBC, Andrew took the lead on the loan and quickly started gathering deliverables and documentation that underwriting would require. He talked me through the whole underwriting process and did not leave me in the dark once. We closed in 30 days without having a single hiccup and I give all of the credit to Andrew and his team! THANK YOU FBC for making my first home buying experience one to remember!

I feel I did not get personable care and attention. Due to the seller being out of state and no mortgage broker was designated, and due to Covid19, ended up signing mortgage papers on the hood of my car in 90 degree weather! Also have yet to get a copy of my signed documents and deed!
