Navigating the FBC mortgage procedure :(
The steps in obtaining the loan for my Florida property differed from the ease of the NY procedure in that it often felt like putting together puzzle pieces ON MY OWN in order to have it all move forward. It was confusing and frustrating. There seemed to be a huge disconnect in the responsibilities of each party in moving to the next level of obtaining my loan.
LAURIE's Tip: Hire a personal lawyer to assist you in communicating with all of the different entities in the process of obtaining a mortgage loan.

I did a refinance with FBC. While these are never fun, Stephanie made the process super easy. I really liked how communicative she was during the process and would always respond to questions right away (like within minutes). The portal they have also made things super easy to org size and upload. I’d definitely recommend FBC
