This is the second time I've used FBC for a home purchase, and, both times these two ladies were FANTASTIC!! Highly recommend for their professionalism, speed in working things out, market knowledge, thinking on their feet, and everything else you would expect.
Fernando's Tip: Have all your docs ready, if you plan on getting any type of loan: 3yrs of tax returns, bank/investment/retirement accounts statements, any other financial info tht can speed up the process. Provide them promptly and honestly, and it should be smooth sailing.
