I don’t know what type of loan we did so I put conventional haha! But, it was a refinance of what was a construction to perm conventional loan originally. Shevlin was recommended by a friend who spoke the world of her and holy smokes, did she hold herself to her re*****tion! She was incredible. She was super quick to respond and gave me great information and was very encouraging. We had our closing disclosures after turning in all of our documents within a week of consulting her about a refinance and then closed shortly after. It was so quick and easy. She answered all of our questions and helped us make the smartest choices when we refinanced. I’m so incredibly thankful we had her!
