First Mortgage in 27 years
This was my first mortgage in 27 years, and my wife's first. The process went as smooth as it could possibly go. It was an involved process but Shelly and Sheila, amongst others, kept the process going, communicated well, and followed up flawlessly.
Paul's Tip: If you are self employed, be prepared for additional information. Make sure you have your P&L ready and can prove your income.

No questions went unanswered and they went above and beyond to ensure everything worked out for us. There was a slight issue with the house not appraising but they all worked really hard to get it all figured out and kept communication with us.

Mixed Feelings
Everything went great until the day of closing, it was very stressful and unorganized and I was being asked for documents that i was never asked for before- all just a few hours before we were scheduled to close. Nick Furbee was extremely helpful the entire process, he has been wonderful. I would give him a 5 star review. They did apologize for their mistakes which I appreciate but closing day was very stressful and that could have all been avoided.
