They’re total pros!!
We had a great experience with Team Taylor on the purchase of our new home. They clearly know what they’re doing. From beginning to end, they were on top of things, were great about communicating what was happening and what to expect. They have a system in place for communication that works very well, you are always in the loop and so is everyone else involved in the process. We shopped around and were initially pre approved with a different company early on. They were okay, but you need better than ok for this kind of transaction. Team Taylor and her team are total pros, and you want them on your side :) I can’t recommend them enough!!

Overall, it was a smooth experience and FBC was up front about how much money would be needed to close. They made it clear to understand all line items and nothing really changed unfavorably at the closing table. I would finance with FBC again.
Darren's Tip: One word of advice for future clients is that many times it was difficult to get through to talk to my my loan officer. I understand there were remote working changes that FBC had due to the pandemic but sending a brief note that my concern was at least acknowledged would have helped re-assure me.
