Ease of purchase
Purchasing a home in itself is an easy thing to do if you are a first time buyer, at least thats how it was for us. Our second home purchase process was such a headache but this third time when we found Brad with FBC it was just as easy as our first. Brad was always quick to respond and the email updates were a big help in knowing where the loan process was. If we ever need to purchase another home we will be calling Brad.

Without Mark Minadeo I would give zero stars
My experience is absolutely terrible. Poor communication and organization. Mark Minadeo had to come in a fix my file. Delivering documents after hours with no way to ask questions. Asking for documents after getting a closing disclosure. Without him I’m not sure I would have ever closed.
