My wife and I had a very nice experience during a very stressful process. This is the 3rd home we have built and understood some of the things we would go through. All and all it was not a bad process.
BARRY's Tip: I think it would be helpful to let them know the estimated time it takes at closing. Ours was about 1.5 hours.

Our loan processor Andrew Clower was very professional and considerate of our time and needs. We enjoyed the fact that he focused on what we wanted which was refinancing our home with a lower interest in order to reduce our monthly payments. He provided us with guidance by giving us a checklist of things that we needed to do and then told us what our options are. If you're looking for a lender that's consistent with their mission and vision, then I highly recommend that you to go with one of the nation's largest mortgage lenders FBC Mortgage, LLC. However, if you're looking for a loan processor who's honest and trustworthy, then I recommend using Andrew Clower. He literally worked on our behalf and was a pleasure to work with. We were well informed the entire way and any unanswered questions or concerns were answered and addressed immediately. We truly couldn't have asked for a better lender and loan processor.
Ronald's Tip: When applying for a loan you need to ensure that you've done the following beforehand so that you'll have an easy process. First, fix you're credit because this has a major impact regarding your application, balance your debts and income, only ask for what you need, and then do your homework before seeking and applying with a lender. My husband and I completed all of the above and the process was smooth and took very little effort on our end. We took our time and focused on those tips that were provided by our loan processor Andrew Clower, and the end results were excellent.
