I had used FBC Mortgage about three years earlier when I purchased my home. I was happy with the service so I used them again for a refinance. All went well very easy process. I got 2.25%
Steven's Tip: Get a 15 yr loan not 30. Make Bi Weekly payments which makes it 13.5 yrs saving on interest. Then make an extra payment to your loan every two weeks and lower loan payoff significantly.
