Cory's Tip: Read the entire agreement, word by word, if you’re entering into a new construction contract. A nightmare is technically still a dream so tread carefully when entering a contract with Dreamfinders

Terrible service provided
Unfortunately, our experience with the company Jet was extremely unpleasant, primarily due to the employee Tiffany. She was completely unprepared for her role, unable to communicate clearly, and extremely rude. Our case involved an international transfer, and she waited until the last day to clarify the information, despite there being an initial payment made to the constructor. The process had been ongoing for almost a month and, in the end, it was passed on to her manager who, although more polite, lacked knowledge about the case. The closing day was scheduled for a Monday at 3 pm, and upon arriving at the company to sign, we were informed that the process had not been sent yet. Consequently, we ended up waiting at the company for almost 2 hours. We'd recommend to avoid this company. If you consider doing business with them, it's highly advisable to avoid dealing with this employee, Tiffany.
Priscila's Tip: Avoid doing business with Jet if you require an international transfer, especially if Tiffany is involved in the process.

i had to close or i would lose my 12k binder money
i purchased serveral homes in my life and did not enjoy this one from the builder to the lender. at the end of the day when i wanted to walk away i could not because i would lose my 12k binder. the communication from builder Derek Dream Finders was horrible and the lending process/closing was bad as well. my doc still has me as Puerto Rican when I am not from there. I was done signing closing my docs at the title company within 30mins but was left in the conference room with the door close for 45-60mins like i was in timeout being told we are waiting on the underwriters. Again, i have purchase homes in my past in this was my most stressful of them all. What's done is done.
Dante's Tip: i would try to avoid them or dont put your binder unless you can get something back from them in writing if something doesnt go as plan.

Do not recommend
The experience just was not great. We sent all of our documentation that was asked for immediately with 24-48hrs after requested, the week of closing they started asking for things in a specific way instead of what we had sent weeks/months prior. Ed gave us the same ick as a car salesman you can tell is just not genuine. They didn’t have competitive interest rates. The one thing that was great was the “float down” but they even tried to bs us on that, and we caught it and ended up getting out rate lower but again we have to do that ourselves and argue for it.
Krista's Tip: Expect to have closing pushed back a day or two prior.

How I got my home
I lost my home due to a large amount of debt I couldn’t pay.
