Pam is amazing
As a first time home buyer it can be a very stressful and overwhelming process. Pam was super helpful and guided us through the process and was on top of making sure that we had all the document requests in a timely manner. There were some hurdles that popped up and made it so that we might not have closed. I truly feel that Pam went above and beyond to make sure that we closed. Lender offered outrageous rates even with perfect credit and significantly low DTI. Lender took advantage of Builder incentive to mark up rate table and points for above average rates.
Jose's Tip: If builder offers incentive and allows for incentive to be used with any lender, always go with an outside lender instead of builders preferred lender.

I felt like the lender was working more with the builder yhan looking out for my best interest. Alot of fees that we higher than other lenders.
