We recently Purchased our first home and had very little knowledge about mortgage process, But Megan Goodson and Joani was pure professional and helped in understanding the mortgage process and over all it went smooth. I only concern I had is with rate which bit high when compared in market.

I got the opportunity to work with Joani Ferris on my loan application and she made it very easy the whole process. She was very detailed in the whole process where communication was crisp and clear and she was very well organized throughout the overall execution. Although I did not like JET Home Loan as a company because their rates are not good, I was getting much lower rates in other places but I had to go with them for closing as this was the preferred lender from the Coventry Builder side.

Not a lender I want to work with
This was one of the most stressful lender I have ever had to work with. There always seemed to be a rush about answering questions in a concise way without getting any clarity to a situation or presenting any other options. Since our builder had an exclusive contract with jet home loans for the incentives (closing costs covered), customer service was taken for granted. If I tried to call to follow up and ask some clarifying questions, I got a feeling that I am wasting their time asking about somethings that may have been trivial to them. Lending should not be given such a bad re*****tion, but now I see how it could be.

Terrible service provided
Unfortunately, our experience with the company Jet was extremely unpleasant, primarily due to the employee Tiffany. She was completely unprepared for her role, unable to communicate clearly, and extremely rude. Our case involved an international transfer, and she waited until the last day to clarify the information, despite there being an initial payment made to the constructor. The process had been ongoing for almost a month and, in the end, it was passed on to her manager who, although more polite, lacked knowledge about the case. The closing day was scheduled for a Monday at 3 pm, and upon arriving at the company to sign, we were informed that the process had not been sent yet. Consequently, we ended up waiting at the company for almost 2 hours. We'd recommend to avoid this company. If you consider doing business with them, it's highly advisable to avoid dealing with this employee, Tiffany.
Priscila's Tip: Avoid doing business with Jet if you require an international transfer, especially if Tiffany is involved in the process.
