Greg was always great with communication. I primarily liked to communicate via email, and he was always very quick to reply to any of my questions.
David's Tip: Use the APP! I uploaded most, if not all, of our documents via the app. If you stay organized and upload the required documents in a timely manner, the process goes very smooth. Also, if you have any questions, just ask. Greg is willing to help answer any questions you may have or give you the contact for the correct person that will assist you.

Greg did a great job with timely updates and communication. We had a bit of a lengthy build process which resulted in a lot of changes along the way. Greg was helpful in communicating options and once we were within 60-45 days of closing made sure that we understood what options we had related to rates and our ability to buy down the rate. We also appreciated the JHL app that provided all details in one place and the ability to quickly sign documents. Overall, a great experience... Thank You, Greg!

My wife and I recently tried to get a loan through Jet. Due to reasons out of the lenders control, Jet was not able to get our loan closed, but they did recommend someone to us that might be able to help. However, Greg was our loan officer and worked so hard to get our loan approved. He kept us in the loop and put in the extra effort to try and get it done. We appreciated all of his efforts and would use him again once our circumstances change.

Prior to going through jet home loans we were working with a lender we bought our former home with. To say we were skeptical is an understatement, we wanted to work with a lender who would be available to answer any questions we had in a quick fashion due to the timeline we were working under. We were pleasantly supposed by how profession and responsive Gregory threw and his team were with questions we had during the process of buying the house. Gregory’s team made sure to help us stay on top of deadlines to ensure the loan closed on time and with zero issues. Prior to our first payment being due we had to reach out to Gregory to confirm that our second servicer was indeed Pennymac, within a few minutes Gregory was able to confirm the new servicer for us. All in all the experience was excellent I would recommend any and all of my friends and family to jet home loans and Gregory threw and his team. We appreciate the professionalism, human aspect and upbeat attitudes of the entire team.
