I had the pleasure of working with Keila, and a can't say enough good things about her. She went above and beyond to help me, and my husband get our loan. She was constantly in touch with us and helped us every step of the way. We had a lot of questions and concerns, but she was always there to answer them and put our minds at ease. She was patient, kind, and professional throughout the process. What really stood out to me was how she treated us like family. She was always available when we needed her or responded as soon as she was available. we had no problems reaching her. When we started the process, we were told by a loan officer that we cannot afford to buy the house we wanted, so right away we knew we did not want any negative anergy during the process. We also deal with others who ignored us, didn't respond to our needs or just disappeared when we needed them the most. We are so grateful Keila was different, we couldn't have done it without her.
