From the get-go, Pam was amazing! We found our house on a Saturday evening and negotiated with the builder. We were given her name and number, and she answered on a Saturday night and started the loan process with me right then. She is very responsive on all of my questions even the ones that she had nothing to do with and would guide me to the right person. I would text her at all times of the day even after hours and she always responded almost immediately. Jet loans makes the process very easy. Their app and portal lays everything out for you easy to upload and get them everything they need. Amanda was also very great to work with to get our loan funded and closed!

Good job but required a lot of double checking.
Initially, I was quoted a high rate ($10,000+ related to points). Essentially, the builder's offer of $11,500 preferred lender credit against closing costs wasn't useful since such high points were charged. Once I realized this, I worked with my own lender JP Morgan Chase who basically beat Jet's rates. But I am glad I gave Jet a chance because Pamela worked hard to ensure that she beat the rate I got at Chase and reducing the points sufficiently enough to make it the better deal with the use of the preferred lender builder credit. The thing I liked about her most was she was always available by text message and very responsive. It was actually very easy working with her and the title company. A pretty seamless closing after the initial negotiation on points.
Gigio's Tip: Review your closing disclosure and loan estimates to ensure that the points make sense with the builders credit.

The whole process was very quick and we never got quick answers on what was needed and were lied to about our final monthly payment. We were told it would be 2605 including the HOA of 100 a month. We get to closing, after all the disclosures from Pam saying that 2605 was the payment, and it turns out that the 2605 payment that we were assured was our payment from Pam is in accurate and that it will be 100 more a month… would be nice to not be lied to about something as important as a monthly payment. Would recommend never using this company as they lie about your mortgage payment. Terrible communication, passive aggressive answers and lying.

As a first time home buyer it can be a very stressful and overwhelming process. Pam was super helpful and guided us through the process and was on top of making sure that we had all the document requests in a timely manner. There were some hurdles that popped up and made it so that we might not have closed. I truly feel that Pam went above and beyond to make sure that we closed.
