Great experience
Greg did a great job with timely updates and communication. We had a bit of a lengthy build process which resulted in a lot of changes along the way. Greg was helpful in communicating options and once we were within 60-45 days of closing made sure that we understood what options we had related to rates and our ability to buy down the rate. We also appreciated the JHL app that provided all details in one place and the ability to quickly sign documents. Overall, a great experience... Thank You, Greg!

Not for the faint of heart
It had been a good amount of years since we pursued a loan for a new house. To say we were stressed out from the beginning would be an understatement. We moved from Ohio to N.Carolina with great hopes to find our dream retirement home. We had secured a loan pre-approval from a trusted bank in Ohio. When we found our new home we found we needed to change to Jet Mortgage to take advantage of an offer from the builder. Our stress level soared. And then we met Katie McClintic. She was so kind and patient - answered all of our questions and was unbelievably responsive!! She gently took charge and with that lowered our stress level by at least 80%. Even on our closing date she was immediately at the other end of the phone to help us when there was a glitch in wiring the down payment monies. No horror stories here - we began moving our stored property the day after closing and now are enjoying our beautiful new home. I’m sure that other lenders could have walked us through the same process, but I’m equally certain that none could have made us laugh, understand the process and made us feel like we had made a friend in the process.

Great to work with, hard worker!
My wife and I recently tried to get a loan through Jet. Due to reasons out of the lenders control, Jet was not able to get our loan closed, but they did recommend someone to us that might be able to help. However, Greg was our loan officer and worked so hard to get our loan approved. He kept us in the loop and put in the extra effort to try and get it done. We appreciated all of his efforts and would use him again once our circumstances change.

Always Use Tyler Payne
I have purchased multiple home with multiple lenders and have never had such an amazing experience as I have had with Tyler Payne! I initially called Tyler late Sunday evening and he went through my options for a loan. Tyler asked me a few questions so I could start the loan without having to do it online. That same evening Tyler sent me the pre-approval the same evening shortly afterwards. Tyler has been immediately available for all follow up questions via cell, text and email. Tyler provides me all of the details. The most important part is Tyler has worked hard to get me the best loan walking me through all of the options for loan types, down payment options and how that would affect my payments to get me the lowest mortgage. Tyler even contacted the builder to get me additional credits that the builder will pay towards me having a lower mortgage. Honestly I can’t believe how amazing Tyler is. If you want a low mortgage, always open communication, use Tyler! It is Tuesday, 2 days later and my mortgage loan was finalized and I am under contract to buy the house!
