Vincent was amazing to work with. He was available at all times (even on vacation which I told him he should not he working on vacation). He was so patient and calm when explaining or answering all of my questions or concerns (which I am embarrassed to admit were a lot/frequent). Lesson Learned: Look Elsewhere
It felt like I was not getting accurate information. The process was filled with frustration and unanswered emails and questions. Getting ahold of my Loan Officer was a difficult task. Had to constantly call from different phone numbers in order to get response. Unable to leave voicemails because her inbox was full. Multiple unanswered emails that she simply didn’t bother to reference. When questioned about unanswered emails she stated that it was company policy not to provide details over email to customers. Surprised about interest rates given over the phone for rate lock. When questioned about why rates where significantly higher than other lenders, my credit score was 797, her answer was that being a preferred lender for builder meant that customers had to be quoted a “special” rate that was much higher. Was told that only way to bring interest rate down was to bring competing offer from other lender. Completely disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication throughout the process. Since numbers were not shared via email, only through phone, we spent hours going over details which led to her giving us incorrect numbers before realizing that they were from a different customer. Did not feel confident that we were given accurate information at any time.

All went well
During this process of home buying was quite stressful but Michael was great through it all. He was very informative and really helped me understand any information that was new. I really do appreciate his professionalism and making himself so available to me and y family.

Predatory Lender
This was the worst home buying experience of my me and family we have been scarred for life I will probably never attempt to build a new home ever again after dealing with these crooks. Originally we started purchase in 2021 Rates went up big time not their fault of course. However these greedy crooks want to approve you for a loan they know you cannot pay even being over 50% DTI. I request a denial letter as I know I do not make enough to pay this loan. Somehow they are playing with the numbers to ensure I can technically get approved by paying almost 10k in interest points and selling everything with my name to it. They are working with Dream Finders to keep our deposit since they say im approved I jus have to sell off everything. Stay far away from Jet Home Loans and Dream Finders they are owned by the same people what they do should be illegal.
Ricardo's Tip: Hire a lawyer to go over all details these people cannot be trusted they will screw you.

INCREDIBLE experience
This was my first time purchasing a home and Pam and everyone at Jet HomeLoans made the process SO much less stressful than I had anticipated. Pam Crowley is the absolute best in the biz. It was a pleasure using her as our Loan Officer and I couldn't be more impressed with how hard she worked to secure our loan at the absolute best rate possible. And close on time!! The entire Jet HomeLoans team was wonderful throughout the entire process. I was a bit frustating because I was a first-time home buyer but everything seemed super easy and smooth with their help.
