I loved the online portal which made the process so easy that I could work on this on my lunch break at work. Melissa Gault, the processor was amazing as well. She kept me updated with notices. I have to say, this was the smoothest and fastest home buying experience I ever could have imagined especially in today's market. I told several friends during the process that working with Christian was like working with a friend. He was funny, personable, patient when I needed things explained and did a fantastic job of keeping me in the loop. I loved their mobile app which kept me up to date on each step and process of the loan and made it easy to upload documents. Outstanding Customer Service
I had a very challenging and poor experience building my first home with my builder for over 26 months. I was very hesitant to use their preferred lender, but I am so grateful to come across Christian from Jet Loans as I navigated the financial side of the process. His customer service, follow through, attention to detail, dedication and commitment to provide me with a positive experience is much appreciated and will not be forgotten. He continuously went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, understanding every step of the process with the lender and was readily available for anything I needed or questions that would arise, including after hours. Although my first home purchase process did not go as planned or how I imagined it would, it was better by coming across Christian and I am very thankful for him.
