Only go with them if you are receiving builder's credit
If there is no builder credit there is no reason to go with them, their rates are higher than the competition, significantly, from our experience. They will not communicate well until you lock with another lender. When this happens they start paying extra attention and become open for negotiation. They are the default option when you buy homes from Dreamfinders, rely on their clients being lazy and just going with them without shopping around, and I bet they get a lot of money with this strategy.

George picked us up about half way through the process and was terrific. He always picked up the phone when I called, even if he was in the middle of something. If I sent an email, it was answered the same day, if not the same hour. I changed my mind of purchasing points, deposit amounts multiple times and would ask for write ups each time to see what the changes would do financially and he always produced what we were looking for. Overall, working with Geroge was great.

Lending Experience for Home Purchase
Going through the lending process can be stressful but when you're doing it long distance, it can add an extra layer to that stress. I relocated from another state and I must say Chris and Taylor was with me every step of the way from always explaining real estate jargon to always answering my questions and returning phone calls timely to exercising patience with me whenever I felt overwhelmed. Not a good fit for investors
Andrew and his team are very nice people. However, there was enough miscommunication and confusion amongst the Jet team that it was not a smooth process. Would not recommend using for investor properties. They were utilized due to enough incentives from the builder. Recommend they find other lenders instead of most big box providers. The rates were awful, but that is likely due to the Fed jacking up the rates.

Home sweet home
My experience with working with Ed has been phenomenal. Words cannot explain how much joy it has brought to me and my family for the holidays. I had narrowed down my searches to other banking institution never considering jet homes but he came highly recommended and he definitely lived up to every word that they have told me about him. He made sure that he explains every part or process everything that he is about to do and will do. And the level of communication and the love that he provides is unexplainable. I would definitely recommend anyone to work with Ed. this is my first home and he made it feel like a home even adore I have never met him in person but just talking to him over the phone feels like we have been friends for years. We were building and initial paper work said 6.5% interest. I assumed our rate was locked in but got a one and only call at that time from Marissa asking if we wanted to now lock in rate at 7.875? This should have been explained earlier in the process. Very impersonal with only email videos sent. Curtis Gilmore who took over when Marissa was out of town at least called to discuss things.
Toni's Tip: Also when Marissa finally did call her number comes up with a different last name and I almost didn’t pick up..
