This is the worst experience I have ever had, during a loan process. I had at least 10 different times where I have gone through the loan process, this is the worst of all. It appears no one knew what they were doing repeatedly ask the same documents, and even they had the documents. No one will inform me in time about the documents and then once you hear from them it is ASAP or the loan will not be done in time. Although the closing got delayed about 4 weeks from the initial date. I hope no one ever will work with them. I got entangled by the builder for $6000.00 incentive, now I feel I would have given someone $6000 to get out of it. Repeatedly asking where I get 2000 to 4000 dollars in my account. They do not trust IRS payments noted from the IRS website. I do not recommend anyone to use them. I am sure I am not the only one who has these feelings.

Communication should improve
The loan officer Jordan never picks your call and answer the questions . He simply forwards documents and ask to sign without even saying what the document is for? Only one time I had a call with him was during my start of the loan process and never picks the call ,neither answers the doubts that I asked for after that. He simply wants his documents being signed and says that it is mandatory and need the doc ASAP. I did not have any other options to change the loan officer but to continue with him. Me being a first time home buyer had many questions and doubts that needs to be clarified by the loan officer. But he never did that. I had to google each and everything to understand which document is meant for what and then sign accordingly. Please future clients make sure that you are not going with Jordan to have a stress free process in your home buying journey.

I've been dabbling in real estate investments since 1987 and have worked with quite a few lenders. Although the process has always been arduous, a good loan officer can make all the difference...and Katie did! She has a delightful personality and is professional, diligent, and knowledgable. Although this was a relatively small loan (therefore a small commission) you'd never know it by the attention and responsiveness given by Katie. As mentioned....she's awesome!!!
Mark's Tip: Be patient with the process, "one more thing needed" will occur at least several times! And don't hesitate to reach out for help (the only "dumb question" is the one not asked).

I can always count on George to let me know all of my financing options and help me understand the terms beforehand. I have never received the level of service that I receive from George from any other lender professional. George has helped me finance a couple of properties and I recommend him without question. I continue to go back to him for any loan need. I think he is the best in the industry.

Worst Loan Experience Ever
Our fifth time buying a house & this was by far the worst experience ever. George was so busy working his hustle to have us buy down the loan that important information & documents were not requested until Matt minute. George choose only to communicate with the man & higher credit score holder and refused to speak with me, the woman, about any details or necessary information. George seemed also to be unavailable most afternoons for questions and requested urgent items at the last minute. He was often rude, short, and downright unprofessional in his manner and email. To say there was unfair lending practice is an understatement when paperwork was only addressed again to the man with the higher credit score. George succeeded in making it clear that I was not important enough in the process to warrant his time or attention. We received other borrowers loan documents through the secure portal and many I’d our documents were inaccurate or did not include my name as coborrower. If i could have cancelled the loan and purchase of the home without losing money, we would have. I will never recommend JetHome Loans and by extension DreamFinders to anyone.
Mariela's Tip: Do not work with George Stone. Find out all documentation needed early on and use the portal. Sending docs via the loan officer was a huge mistake on our part as he clearly didn’t know what he needed it was receiving. You will be dealing with incompetence throughout the process so brace yourself.

Never too Late #1 Loan Officer
It's been several months since my husband, and I closed on our brand-new home in North Carolina. With our crazy and busy schedules, we both cannot forget how Ed Mayor has helped us in getting our second home loan in North Carolina. We currently live in NY for our jobs and finding a lot and builder during the pandemic was very challenging, but it was a huge blessing obtaining a home loan during the peak of the pandemic. We were recommended by the builder to use Ed Mayor. When we first spoke to Ed, we hit it off right away. His sense of humor, personality and his brilliant knowledge in the home buying process, was over the top and how he reassured us over and over that he will assist us in getting a home loan. He guided and educated us, walked us through the paperwork step by step. There were sometimes that we did not hear from Ed, like we had projected, but after learning about his busy work style, we stepped back and let him do his magic. In 2020/2021, it was a very busy time, everyone wanted a home loan more than ever and we understood that Ed had other applicants. He handled everything behind the scenes, called us when he needed to. It was a long journey in waiting for the house to be completed, but it happened, and we did it, thanks to Ed. Ed has gone above and beyond.
