Taylor and Chris were amazing helping us to get our first home! The communication was perfect and they managed to find solutions for any challenge we faced during the process (it wasn’t an easy one because we have been leaving in USA for less than a year). They also got us a great rate during this challenging times.

What a horrible experience. Feels like a broken system. Never again. 1. On the day of the closing, while at their office, they give you a new estimate to close which is $10k more then all of the preivous estimates provided (this is criminal and should be illegal) 2. Lies about closing costs being fully covered if you go with Dreamfinders preferred lender, which I went with and they shifted the costs back to you. 3. Lies about the appraisal check being returned to you, never received the money back (they also made me waive my rights) 4. Threats from Joseph Clouston about penalties and requests for last minute documentation (very unprofessional and do not have your best interests in mind. instead of explaining the discrepancy, he gives open ended threats). 5. Rushed the closing without the house development being fully completed. 6. Constantly loosing your documents and asking to resend. 7. They make mistakes on the documentation that they produce and shift the blame on you. There is much more but these are the main points. Alan tries but his management is wicked, very rude, and unprofessional. Between the lies and the threats never working with Joseph Clouston again.
Maksim's Tip: 1. Never put your trust in DreamFinders or JetHomeLoans. 2. Clients have to review all of the documentation produced by JetHomeLoanes because there are constantly mistakes and inconsistencies. 3. Do not believe their threats, do your own research. 4. Get a lawyer to review their work (we may be working with one if this continues with our other properties). 5. Do not deal with them if you have other options (if you hear Joseph Clouston, do not work with him)

Very Stressful Experience
There were many breakdowns throughout this process. I do not have the energy to go into detail. The communication was not where it needed to be. I felt left hanging in the wind. I don't really know where the true blame should be placed but it was a terrible experience. I did not get a closing date until two days prior and the day before I was given a time.

I would like to say that when Ed took over as my loan officer It was a dramatic change from what I had previously experienced with Jet Home Loans. It was very refreshing to be talked with instead of talked to. He was very efficient and accommodating to answer any questions or concerns that I had as well as take the time to help me along the way as I had for all intense and purpose had no other support /representation from my agent. Ed was very kind and truly showed care and compassion. At a time where someone is not vulnerable he was there and I don’t know how many times I said thank you but I’m sure it wasn’t enough. There were many bumps in the road and I was absolutely heartbroken when I lost my rate due to to all numerous delays of the house. He allowed me to lean on him always answering the phone or returning my call promptly. In a day and age where it seems everyone is just out for their paycheck - Ed is the exception. He remained constant during the entire 14 months- a genuine and kind man. Not sure that I would’ve made it through without having him as my loan officer.
