I would like to say that when Ed took over as my loan officer It was a dramatic change from what I had previously experienced with Jet Home Loans. It was very refreshing to be talked with instead of talked to. He was very efficient and accommodating to answer any questions or concerns that I had as well as take the time to help me along the way as I had for all intense and purpose had no other support /representation from my agent. Ed was very kind and truly showed care and compassion. At a time where someone is not vulnerable he was there and I don’t know how many times I said thank you but I’m sure it wasn’t enough. There were many bumps in the road and I was absolutely heartbroken when I lost my rate due to to all numerous delays of the house. He allowed me to lean on him always answering the phone or returning my call promptly. In a day and age where it seems everyone is just out for their paycheck - Ed is the exception. He remained constant during the entire 14 months- a genuine and kind man. Not sure that I would’ve made it through without having him as my loan officer.

lack of communication
I felt like there was some miscommunication. We wanted to lock in our interest rate when it was lower. I heard we had 90 days before closing and I heard we had 60 days before closing. We didn't get it locked in until 2 weeks before closing. The rate was very high. Andrew said it was the builder taking too long. However, other people I've spoken to said that's not true. I'm disappointed in our high interest rate. My realtor and myself sent numerous emails and calls trying to get locked in sooner. I feel like the loan processor had our back. I'm just not sure anyone else did.

Jet homeloans whole Team rock. This Team was amazing from the beginning to the end. Very professional, call back immediately, explained everything step by step. This Team didn’t walk behind me, in front of me yet they walk beside me until I closed! I love it. Angela Price was recommended to me by my realtor and I’m so glad he did. Angela is very knowledgeable in the business. She’s very customer oriented and is very personable. But what trait I value the most from her is her tenacity! She is non stop till she gets results. She thrives in the hectic world of locking in that loan. She’ll proactively and preemptively reach out and advise you on what your next steps would be. This being my first house, she made everything so easy and smooth for me, even though there was a lot behind the scenes work to be done. AND while I was training at another State! Another great thing about Angela is that she knows how VA loans works so again as a Soldier, she made it easy for me. I was truly impressed when she locked in my rate before the new increase. And even though she had multiple loans and clients to deal with, I felt as if I was her only client. She never rushed me or cut our conversations short and if she was busy at the time, she would always let me know and would contact me shortly afterwards. I highly recommend Angela as your loan officer. You will not be disappointed!

True Professionals!
We had a long building process but Joani and her team guided us every step of the way from day one. She was always communicating with us, answering our questions, and staying on top of our loan process. We were faced with many stressful moments during our 19 month new home build but the one area that always remained consistent and promising was our loan process with Joani. She would check in on us throughout this past year, provide pep talks and advice, and was that voice we needed to hear when things got tough during our build process. At the very end, Joani and Megan gave that final push we needed to close on our loan and did EVERYTHING they could to get it done! True professionals and we are very grateful we had the opportunity to work with the both of them. Highly recommend Joani and her team!
