Great but not transparent at beginning
When we first signed the documents at Coventry, we were told we were going to get interest rates of 3.99% first year, 4.5% second year and 5.5% 3rd year with option to refinance. We were told later that we could not get that deal anymore and added extra 0.5% to the same model. Coventry did give us extra gutters and a coach light. I wish Coventry and Jet Home loans would honor what was stated to the customer upfront.
Naman's Tip: Please be aligned before selling to customers.

Lee was good
Jet HL was the only pleasant part of the dreamfinders experience. Lee was the only person in the whole organization who would have an honest conversation with me. He spoke the truth and frankly while the remainder of everyone i interacted with at DFH lied to me and provided terrible service. While I would not recommend Dream Finder Homes to my worst enemy I would recommend lee gibosn and jet loans any day.

My entire loan process was seamless and easy. My loan officer, Lee, was always available to answer any questions and put me at ease throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the complicated terminology and process seem simple. I really liked the portal, it was easy to access documents and upload required content along the way. I'd definitely recommend Jet Home Loans to anyone looking to buy a home!

Lee was our loan officer and because of our original experience and the rapport we established, when we decided to refinance in 2021 we reached back out to Lee. He was welcoming and honest, not pushy and very accommodating. His customer service and knowledge are unbeatable.
