From the very beginning to the day of the closing, Dillon kept us up to date and shared his knowledge to give us the best product for our future. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere Dillon and his staff provided, either by phone, email, or in person, and always made us feel at ease with the lending experience. Lack of communication with all
From our first encounter his attitude lets you know that he has other things he would rather be doing with his time. Items were sent to him multiple times, he would not return calls from myself, my agent, or the law office handling the closing. The law office finally called my and asked if I would try to reach out to him because he failed to turn in paperwork for CTC on 2 deadlines. When I reached out, he gabe me a long story for why and blamed the law office not knowing I had just spoken with their team leader. When confronted, he did not appologizes only said "I'll get it to them." It took a second call to him where I had to be more assertive and told him that he was the only thing holding me from closing the next day, which was a Friday. He still did not send the in formation until after 5pm. The team at the law office stayed late so that I could close before the weekend. Not sure if he is over worked or does not care to work. I do know that his communication skills are lacking and that I would not want him to interact with my customers.
