We signed a contract to build a house in April, 2021 and it took 13 months to complete thanks to this crazy world we live in today. During that entire time, JHL stayed on top of my file and made sure we were ready to move. When the builder started moving quickly to finish the home JHL was on point making sure every detail of my file was correct and intact and that we were able to close at the time that we were supposed to, which we did!!!!

Joani and Megan have been absolutely wonderful to work with from day 1. At the time we went under contract with our house, Joani was with a different company. However, we decided to move with Joani to Jet Loans when she joined their company. She is SUPER quick to respond via text/phone/email and has gone to battle for us multiple times when we have had any issues that needed to be resolved. Building a home with all the labor and supply shortages was far from easy, but Joani and Megan made our lives as easy as possible when it came to our mortgage and financials. They both went above and beyond their responsibilities as our lenders to get us updates on our house to keep us sane during these crazy times. After our closing date had to get pushed 3 times, Joani drove a LONG way to meet us at the title office when we finally closed to offer us her support. She is personable and so easy to talk to! You will not go wrong working with Joani and Megan for your mortgage needs.

Just glad it is over…
Katie answered my calls and emails in a timely manner. I believe she is a great agent but failings in the trifecta of H&H Homes and Costner Law combined with Jet made for an experience beyond frustrating at almost every level. I wish I wasn’t surprised 45 minutes before closing with an unexpected change… I am just glad it is over.
