Dont bother considering this group in beufort. They messed up and used my weekly salary ad my annual income. Of course ours was declined..and when we told the annual salary was 52x this amount they didnt know how to remedy the problem. My partner and i got approved that day by another bank...who actually knew how to do loans properly.

Fantastic Experience
We were in our home for about a year when we started thinking about refinancing to remove the pmi and get some money out from the equity to pay off some debt. We talked with Michael and he explained the process to us and walked us through everything and was there with us every step of the way. He was available whenever we needed him and he answered every single question no matter how silly or small it was. He made us feel very comfortable with refinancing and with the process and even though we weren't able to pull out as much as we had hoped he still helped us achieve the best option for us. I am so thankful he was there and for all of his help. I would recommend everyone go with Michael and with FBC Mortgage if they get the chance.
