I was very pleased with Michelle and Kendall. They were extremely responsive throughout the process, and I always received a courteous response to my questions. Michelle was especially adept at finding solutions for any challenges that came up during the process. We built a house so we worked with Michelle for 8 months.

As Good As Advertised
I received a recommendation about Kristin from a realtor who had worked with her. I had contacted my credit union, and while their rates were good, their timeline was not matching up with my needs. Kristen promised she could turn around our cash out refinance as we were trying to help one of our children with a home purchase and needed cash to level the playing field. She promised if we were diligent in responding to their requests that we would be done in 4 weeks. As promised we were closed in exactly four weeks and would have been slightly sooner if I had not made one late change.
Francis's Tip: Be ready to move quickly but their online process and automated follow-up makes the process very simple and easy. Uploading of information to secure site was great too.

Francisco is the best at was he does. He reaches back out after a call or text. He is knowledgeable. He knows how to break information down to clients. He made the process easier for me as a realtor.
