Where to start… first off I’m the kind of person that Hopes for the best and expects the worst. I was so worried every step of the way that we wouldn’t get our home, I had so many questions and concerns, My poor loan officer Wes, bless his heart, He kept having to reassure me that everything was gilling to be ok! I was blown away with the amount of service that was provided for me every step of the way… Wes’s and his team went above and beyond with the amount of service that was provided. Wes was the epitome of patience and professionalism with a little (maybe more) of psych therapist, dealing mostly with a crazy, overly emotional and anxious military spouse with self diagnosed PTSD! He was amazing, kept me calm, talked me through things, and got us done ahead of schedule! I didn’t believe it could happen! He is amazing to say the least!!!

There are a zillion lenders out there who charge various prices - FBC may not be the least expensive but they sure offer white glove service. My whole experience felt like I was their top priority client.
