We had some problems providing our income and your company waited patiently for the documents to arrive and worked with me on putting all the information you needed for the loan. We were kept continuously in formed on the process and was kept up to date. It was a great company to work with and if the needs come up again, we will defiantly contact Karyn Carnes.
Edward's Tip: If possible, to have all the documents completed with the names already inserted. We had to write are names and address in several places in the documents. We signed several papers electronically that could have been included in the original sighing. The sighing was done very professionally.

Rolando-underwriter wasn't pleased with his service. Unfortunately for Greg, his associates were less than satisfactory. Had I dealt with Greg the whole time I am sure the service would have been better. Also, you should tell clients that they can wire money the day before closing. I am super confused why a bank that deals with Minto consistently does not know more about the closing process and there is not collaborative way to give information to clients. You guys need to have a weekly/monthly meeting to collaborate with the title company and give clients accurate information. Very disappointed with the closing process.
Dennis's Tip: You guys do enough loans for Westlake you should have better advice as far as closing goes. The underwriters should know closing standards. Greg was excellent. I wasn't happy with the underwriter.

Best Lender we have worked with!
We had a wonderful experience working with Brian and his team. Brian was always SUPER quick to respond to and very helpful through the process. We were in the process of a new construction home so it was a long 9 month waiting period! Brian was wonderful even just checking in when there wasn’t anything to do and just letting us know this is the waiting period. Great team and happy to refer them and use them again for anything!
