Despite my loan being slightly unconventional (new business owner + investment loan = complexity), Tyler and FBC made this whole process painless. I've gone through the lending process 3 times, and this was by far the most efficient. On top of this, Tyler is communicative and very knowledgeable. The only thing I don’t like is the high mortgage insurance with FHA loan.
It’s a great company to do business with. They are Super nice, friendly, and professional people. I will definitely do business with them again in the near future.
