Efficient - Responsive - Speedy
Listen! I have been a customer of FBC for 9 years! My initial first time mortgage….Then I did a streamlined refinance…..Then most recently a Cash Out Refinance. My initial Mortgage through FBC was with Matt Andre. It was so easy. I heard horror stories about resubmitting the same info over and over and also having to keep coming back for info piece by piece. I was given an electronic list of items through a streamlined online portal, submitted online, items were confirmed and just like that I was in underwriting! 4 weeks later I was closing at the house. I was then handed off to Chris Mangus for my next two transactions and it was the same deal! Awesome and efficient! Communication was awesome. I could text him, I could E-Mail Chris, and check this out….Chris even answered his phone!!! Listen as long as I am alive I will use FBC. No gimmicks and they will tell you straight up what the deal is. If you are straight up, they will be in my opinion.

Chris was wonderful in assisting with our refinancing. He kept us in the know with every step of the way and I really appreciated all of the e-documents which made it so much easier when completing the required forms. It really was such an easy and stress-free process and I’m so glad we decided to go through with it. They arranged for a remote notary the evening of the closing and everything was handled so incredibly quick.

My wife and I were in the market to refinance our home that we purchased last year due to the competitive rates that we heard were being offered. We reached out to our credit union and received a rate that we felt was competitive but after talking to a close friend, he recommended we contact FBC who he had recently refinanced with. After a brief conversations with Chris Mangus in which I provided some personal info, he was able to give us a rate that was over .50% lower than that of the credit union. The process albeit lengthy, was well worth the wait as it will save us over $200,000 over the life of the loan. Chris was very communicative throughout the process and kept us up to date on delays and made the process seamless for us from start to finish. I would definitely recommend FBC and Chris to anyone I know in the market for a new home loan or refinance.

I had used FBC Mortgage about three years earlier when I purchased my home. I was happy with the service so I used them again for a refinance. All went well very easy process. I got 2.25%
Steven's Tip: Get a 15 yr loan not 30. Make Bi Weekly payments which makes it 13.5 yrs saving on interest. Then make an extra payment to your loan every two weeks and lower loan payoff significantly.

This is the second time I used FBC. I had original mortgage with them 2 years ago. This time I refinanced my first mortgage. Both times I shopped around extensively and FBC gave me best rates and waived lender fees (origination fees). Processing and underwriting went smooth and in timely manner. Communication was excellent.
