2nd refinance
This is our second time dealing with Andy, he is very thorough and helpful through out the whole process. Anytime we called with a question he was ther to make sure he answered to his best ability and keep us in the loop. When it comes to refinancing I will continue to use Andy and his team and will recommend him to my friends and family!

Not Happy With My Experience.
Mr. Mount, was "polite" enough I suppose, but was always very busy and he reminded me pert near every time we spoke about how busy he was, as things began to wind down with my loan. Is that normal? Either by his tone or actual verbiage I was always very aware of the time constraint placed on the call, most times he called me back because I left him a message, But, when I did get him on the line, he was yeah, Very Busy. I was reminded about how many people were trying to buy a house and that this was a 'seller's market. Yay! Just what every buyer wants to hear, right? He was open, kind and present, courteous and available when we first spoke by phone. Isn't that the way it always goes? You want the business so... well, you know the routine. As time progressed, I was 'lucky' to have a conversation where I didn't feel extreme pressure to get it over with. He became exacerbated easily and seemed almost irritated with me SEVERAL times while speaking with him. In fact so much so, that I dreaded having to call him for anything, questions mostly though. My loan was not an 'easy' loan he expressed- there were lots of iffy questions and twist and turns he reminded me. Frankly my head was spinning the entire time I dealt with him. I had so many questions and most of them to this day haven't been answered. The icing on the cake was when he asked if he could recommend a real estate agent to me and I accepted his suggested agent, Courtney. Boy, are they a team. Young and pretty (i guess that's why he suggested her, or maybe it was because they went to school together?) I have never regretted a decision more. She was not a seasoned agent, meaning to say, she left many questions unanswered also. I felt like the personal friendship between Jon Mount and Courtney hindered my position in negotiating and in business in general, so that, in itself was awkward. But there was more... To recap, he suggested this young, pretty and very flighty (meaning short attention span) real estate agent, and thats where things took a southbound train. I felt like since I took him up on the suggestion of working with her that I was then obliged to continue working with her. My Mistake. The gal he deemed a "Cherry" was terrible. In fact I was surprised he had bragged on her so much and let down by her inability to WORK FOR ME as the buyer. She wasn't savvy or even knowledgeable about the market. Except she too, reminded me how fortunate I WAS to have these people accept my offer for the house I was interested in buying! She showed lack of experience, as I say (cannot say that enough), was unprepared with many things, No tape measure many times, brought her son to look at the house with questions I had and then again I was on a timer... But, I kept reminding myself, my lender, Jon had given her such a glowing review... ? What was I to do? I stuck with Courtney through the painful process, but wish I had not. She fell short in almost everything she attempted to "help" with and many things she had no clue as to how-to negotiate i.e.' The Burned Out Rusted Water Heater, that my mother insisted had to be changed out much to Courtney's dismay (IT WAS DONE THANKS MOM!) . There are many examples of her inadequacies but one in particular sticks in my mind since it was my last dealing with her. Here goes, the straw that broke the camel's back, by example. When I asked her about there not being garage door openers, I was concerned so I inquired as to whether she could check with the seller's agent, (yes, I had to ask her to do that)... And since this is something that is essential to have, she assured me that if they weren't found (and they were not) that she would personally BUY another couple (there are two openers customarily as we know) and have them in the house upon my arrival from out of town. She offered, I did not ask her to do this. And since I did not feel she represented me very well on ANYTHING else I said "okay, thank you Courtney I would really appreciate that". Forward, move-in day came and went and upon arrival from Washington D.C. to Phoenix, Arizona (A VERY LONG TRIP) NO GARAGE DOOR OPENERS WERE FOUND ANYWHERE! She had to be chased down for even a text a reply. I decided to hold her accountable for at least, that - So I did get A Garage Door Opener, She finally showed up with ONE. She was not a professional agent, I bought the house sight unseen, except for one brief video call. And that's because she never once, offered to do so again until a few days before my arrival and I ASKED her if she would mind doing it. Courtney was excruciatingly painful to work with. She is not well versed or supportive. Frankly she is barely qualified as a Real Estate Agent in my opinion. And Jon Mount gave her a gleaming review. I will not recommend her to anyone you can be assured. She and Jon decided, together, it seemed like, that they didn't want to put themselves ALL IN towards the end of our dealings, since my deal was PENNIES ON THE COMMISSION SCALE, and my house wasn't their usual Million Dollar Deals from over in Scottsdale, Arizona. (there are stories not to bore you with). In short I would not recommend Jon Mount as a lender to any of my family or friends. Though this decision does not in any way, shape or form discount FBC Mortgage LLC. I feel strongly about my review of Mr. Jon Mount. Thank you for your considerate time and interest where my loan process is concerned. Sincerely, Ms. Chancé M. Walters U.S.Navy CPO

Great loan officers!
Brad Watts and Skye Taylor were wonderful!! They took the time to explain everything regarding our loan and all our options. They had patience to deal with our many questions. Since I am tech challenged they were also very helpful in working with me. We LOVED that they would be available out of office hours for our questions. That was the best!! Thanks Brad and Skye for making a very stressful process much easier!
Jose's Tip: Don't be afraid to ask questions!! No matter how dumb you may think they are!

FBC mortgage company
We went through Adams Homes as we wanted a house built and our agent was Deneen.Mahoney who was great from start to finish. We now have a beautiful Adams home and thanks to her a great mortgage company.
Carol's Tip: Everyone at the Stinson team was very helpful and courteous. This is the first home I've had built and so if your shopping around for a mortgage company, you need to give the Stinson team of FBC mortgage company a call because they will make your experience stress free.

Review
My experience was less than stellar. While Leonardo is very knowledgeable & informative and his “bedside manner” could improve. I always felt like I was a bother and it did make me not want to to ask questions. I would say remember this is the buyer 1st time, they are nervous, scared, and will have questions. Be friendly welcoming and inviting each encounter.
