I am a Realtor but this review is because Marci helped me refinance my house, so I was the Consumer. I have always recommended her to my Buyers and they are always very pleased with her service, so I knew that she was the only Lender I would trust with my own refinance. She was awesome! With all the new COVID overlays now, and the fact that I was self-employed, I honestly believe that she was the only lender who could have gotten the job done. And she did with very little stress to me (I think she may have stressed a bit) but I never doubted her ;-) She came through like a Champ!!!

Often times I would get an e-mail asking to upload something that I had uploaded already. However process was easy and smooth... up until closing. Closing was supposed to start at 10am but was told they were waiting on documents from the lender which took 2 hours. Then the seller/builder did not agree with the closing costs listed as they were calcualted incorrectly which delayed my closing until after 3pm the same day. Otherwise everything was just fine
