Jeff and his team were excellent throughout the whole process. The wife and I were 1st time buyers and they supported us the whole way. Even when we asked countless questions they responded quickly and never made it feel like a stupid question(most were). Would highly recommend!

Jeff is a consummate and knowledgeable professional who is not only thorough but who helps tell you what to expect next and then follows up at every step. Moreover, he really listened when I asked him to recognize that I was buying the home by myself. You cannot imagine the number of tasks, details, and go-dos there are, on top of selling a home in another location, starting life in a new location, and beginning a new job. I asked him to help me with the details, and he was always quick to highlight timelines and call me to make sure I got him what was needed so we could stay on track. I sincerely appreciate the coaching and counseling as well along the way. I am sincerely appreciative for the opportunity to work with Jeff.

Trust is the one word I would use to describe my loan officer
I have been working with Jeff Duncan and his staff for 8 years. As a Realtor, I've never worked with a more competent lender. He is always responsive to his clients, and very knowledgeable on all aspects of their options for lending. I have used him for my personal mortgages twice now. I would never think about using anyone else, and I've worked with a lot of lenders over the years.
Karen's Tip: Ask him the hard questions. He will be totally honest with you. Other lenders say, "no problem," and then they do not deliver.
