We were mostly satisfied through the process. However, on Closing day there was an issue with FBC processing the funding. It took until almost 5:00 PM before a holiday weekend, and no explanation was given for the delay.

The tile company that came to my home was great very professional.
Numbers changed last minute first my house was worth too much, which the loan then was considered high risk. Then my debt to income ratio became high risk. The process was frustrating.
Heather's Tip: Circumstances changed with regards to cash back I was not getting 2,000 back. I was informed the day of closing.
