Responsive and Clear
Angela and her team were responsive, patient, informative and kind. She was always quick to answer any questions I had with a thoughtful and clear response which was even more appreciated than normal in such a crazy market and in the long processes of closing new construction. She made sure that I always understood what was happening, what my options were, and that I was comfortable with every step. While yes she was technically selling me a mortgage, I really felt that Angela worked to be an advocate for me and my interests throughout the process, including pushing the builder and their side to stick to an accelerated closing date they set when she knew that changing it would have created serious conflicts/complications for me with work. I would highly recommend Angela and would look to use her again myself in the future.
Tess's Tip: If possible, ask for Alyssa Lawson as a processor. She is wonderful and thorough and extremely helpful in identifying and collecting documents etc.
