First, let me say that Carrie Callahan, Kathy Willis and Chris Zalupski really helped save this loan and they treated me right. I really appreciate them for that! I couldn’t have asked for a better LO than Carrie! She’s definitely a bright spot at the company. Now, for the bad news.

First, let me say that Carrie Callahan, Kathy Willis and Chris Zalupski really helped save this loan and they treated me right. I really appreciate them for that! I couldn’t have asked for a better LO than Carrie! She’s definitely a bright spot at the company. Now, for the bad news. I know that Debbie Bierer isn’t an employee of JetHomeLoans, but she is the absolute worst site agent in this world. It has been the worst possible experience that I’ve ever had in my life. From her giving me misinformation about closing dates to lying on my LO to being totally disrespectful and rude to me on numerous occasions. She is a terrible representation of Dream Finders and ultimately JetHomeLoans and she made this process hell. I just hope that you all will take a long hard look into her and her behavior with Dreamfinders and rectify it because what she has put me and my family through has been unfathomable. I have also seen plenty of reviews on her from different websites and it seems to be a pattern of behavior with her being this way to other customers. She should not be allowed to treat anyone else this way.

Outstanding experience with Angela!
We sold our home in another state but weren't yet ready to buy in NC because of poor credit scores. Angela helped me with ways to increase our credit score. I trusted her expertise and followed her guidance. Sure enough, we were able to close on a home within 6 months and raised our credit score by 100 points! She never gave up on us and did EVERYTHING she could to make sure we purchased a home. Even when we switched from town to town and from new construction to a house on the market w/ a fast closing. She is responsive, knowledgable, trustworthy, consistent, honest and straight to the point! She knows what she is doing so trust her guidance and she will get it done!

Fantastic with communication...I think Ed took my call literally every time I reached out to him which is incredible. This guy is a mortgage guru he just knows his stuff inside and out he could explain any little detail I asked of him I mean he just instilled confidence in us the entire way and we were of course very grateful for that since my wife and I were on edge praying and hoping everything worked out.
