Horrible Experience
This place is horrible. When first in contact with them they promised a fast close and was suppose to close Sept 30th 2020 , here it is the end of October and no closing date just excuses.

1st time home buyer..
It was long process due to the builder, but worth the wait. There was a few last minute things that need to submit before closing, which should have been asked for way in advance. But overall it all worked out, and I closed on time. Lenardo was pretty knowledge and answered all my questions when needed. But I would say that his approach could be better when explaining things to future home buyers.

Great Experience and a smooth process from the mortgage application to closing. Shelly and her team were a pleasure to work with. We would like to give a big 10 to Ms.Yvette, who from start to finish was there to answer any and every question we had. She was very prompt no matter the time of day, via email and phone. She really made the overall process tolerable.
Cornita's Tip: Once you get closer to closing, the coordination between the builder and the ability to have big ticket items completed in the home prior to closing would be great. No one wants to close on a home with significant outstanding issues. This part was a new experience for us and our realtor.
