With credit issues to work through, we never felt judged and were treated with respect and courtesy. Brandon and his team are absolutely phenomenal. Brandon showed up at my open house doing a pop bye! With a professional marketing brochure with products fbc had to offer, and came across extremely professional. I was in the processing of starting my own loan with another bank. After Brandon professionalism I said why not. So I gave him a called and shortly after he had me Pre approved. Whenever I reached out to him for questions and answered he responded right away. His communication was excellent, and he made the home buying process exceptionally easy!
