Disappointed
This was my first time buying a home, and my loan officer made this process difficult. Loan officer was non comminicative at times, and wouldn’t respond to emails/messages. The loan officer did not submit Information, and was unaware of what was submitted and what he had already received from me. Rosa (processing team lead) saved the file and ensured that we closed in time.

Overwhelmed?
Our first experience with this company was quite good. 6 months later, they contacted me saying the rates had gone down and it was worth refinancing. I think they were doing that with a lot of people and between that and COVID, we did not receive the attention we received the first time. Hopefully that’s not indicative of how they will continue to do business.
