My second time with this great company
This is my second loan which I have had processed by FBC. The first was over a year ago and I had Johnny Leutschaft helping me at that time. He is a class act and is the entire reason that I chose FBC for my second mortgage. That is not to say that FBC is bad, I have had nothing but positive experiences, but Johnny is the reason that I went back because I enjoyed his candor and professionalism every step of the way. If I need a third mortgage (you never know) then I will surely be going back to FBC and asking for Johnny so I can make sure that it gets done correctly the first time once again!

Shevlin and her team were AMAZING! Shevlin went above and beyond to make sure we got our home. I tried 2 other lenders but Shevlin came in with a lower rate, less closing costs, and lower mortgage payment. Shevlin and her team are rock stars of mortgage finance. I will definitely refer her to others.

Overall Matthew was very good. The reason I did not give 5 stars is strictly for the fact that he is not always the easiest to reach, and there was a lack of communication when it came to the fact that at the original time of closing the loan had not been received by the title company.
