I was very nervous starting the process of buying our first home but Heath and his team made it super easy. They kept us informed and answered any questions we had a long the way!

Refinance
I was severely disappointed by the process with this company. I received incredibly poor communication, customer service and professionalism. Waited 3 to 4 weeks at a time without Hearing anything then get emails at 10-11 oclock or rushed phone calls. Was told one closing date, signed documents, to be told nope there are other details. Then the evening before when I reached out about timing, there were issues that could have easily required a court order that would have firther delayed the process. The company knew in MAY the court order and waited until 17 hrs before closing to disclose concerns. Nothing about the process was explained, and ai literally made my way through this blind. Multiple OUTSIDE agencies called to verify information without any communication from the lender. I voicesld concerns about this communication to L.fullbright, and H. Jenkins without any appropriate response.
Jessica's Tip: Dont use this company. Just use someone else.

Heath and Acacia were very helpful and always kept me informed on what was happening next. From start to finish they took care of me and got the job done. They did not make me jump through a bunch of hoops or beat around the bush they were to the point and made things happen. As a first time home buyer, I was very pleased with the entire lending process I experienced with FBC. The builder immediately reached out to FBC to discuss my status as a military veteran and provide me with the URL to start the lending application. The online loan application was very simple to use and made uploading required documentation very simple. The FBC team kept me well informed throughout the lending process and were always very professional and courteous and quick to respond to any questions I might have.

This was an incredibly easy process from inquiry to closing. Heath was upfront every step of the way utilizing an awesome platform that outlined each step, allowed paper work to be filled out and signed. If I had questions, Heath was there. When something was needed, they let me know and we worked together to get the info needed.
