Mixed Feelings
Everything went great until the day of closing, it was very stressful and unorganized and I was being asked for documents that i was never asked for before- all just a few hours before we were scheduled to close. Nick Furbee was extremely helpful the entire process, he has been wonderful. I would give him a 5 star review. They did apologize for their mistakes which I appreciate but closing day was very stressful and that could have all been avoided.

After comparing rates and costs with our then current lender we went back to FBC, our new construction lender at the time of our purchase. Blake and the FBC team made the whole refinancing process very easy and quick. We're glad we went back to "the source" for our refi needs.
