This is my second time getting a mortgage through Marci at FBC. She gets it done on time or sooner and gives great advice. She closed on my first mortgage in about a month, where the previous company dragged their feet to the point that I almost lost the house, When I refinanced she closed in less than a month, with a lower interest rate than we thought we’d get. Marci is the best!!

Overall, Cindy was very helpful in presenting a variety of options for my partner and I in our home buying experience. We were given competitive rates and they were knowledgeable about the various programs for first time home buyers including down payment assistance programs. Cindy would take the time to review all necessary loan documents in a timely manner and made herself available outside of traditional working hours.
Jacob's Tip: Cindy was very helpful in communicating the different elements of the loan. Around the time of closing there were some slight hiccups because we were participating in a down payment assistance program, but Cindy was able to go the extra mile to ensure the correct information.

I have nothing but great things to say regarding my experience with FBC Mortgage. Overall the process went smoothly. Evrything we were told, came to fruition. There were zero surprises when it came time to close. Ashley Francis was absolutely amazing the whole way through. Even when we had many questionsions, he took the time to answer all of our concerns. He also provided us with addidtional information and tips. It felt like I had a friend by my side. I want to give a shout out to Keegan Moore and Donna Spence who I personally dealt with as well. They provided us with valuable information on the front end to help make our decision making easier. I would highly recommend FBC/Team Stinson for you lending needs.
