The mortgage loan process can be a daunting and intense journey, but Team Taylor was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I specifically worked closely with Yvette Cortes. She was the absolute best. She kept us informed of the process and communicated with us the entire way. She returned emails and texts very quickly, even on her days off. She fought for our loan and didn't give up. Answers questions quickly
Our loan officer replied and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We would use this company again for closing on a home, refinancing, etc. The main downside is that our loan, like most loans, is sold almost immediately to another company after closing. We do not like the companies that our loan has been sold to; we have had multiple problems with the other companies (Central Loan, Arvest, etc.).
