I can't say enough good things about this process. Marci made our refinance the easiest and quickest process ever. Sarah was a delight. The process was simple from the get go, quick phone call and ability to upload and email made the underwriting process go quick and never had to set foot out the door except to close on our new loan.

Very Available and organized. Nicholas Furbee, Loan Originator and the FBC mortgage team offered solid advice throughout the home loan process. I strongly recommend FBC mortgage for new home buyers and appreciated the mandatory "Home Buyer Class" included in the loan requirements. It was also helpful to have the online portal in which to download documents; this greatly streamlined organization and communication.
