My loan officer was very attentive and responsive to all of my questions and requests. Even in this time of low rates, when all the other mortgage companies have backlogs and delayed processing times, FBC was able to get my loan done in a timely manner. Brian did a great job communicating with me and I also received emails from FBC to set expectations each step along the way. The process was smooth and easy.

Gordon made the arduous task of home buying a breeze. He always answered the phone when we called, and returned emails promptly. We really felt like he was going the extra mile for us. He was extremely professional and kind to my wife and I. In addition, he was able to secure the best rate possible for us. We shopped around before contacting Gordon and he blew the competitors out of the water. Our loan processor Lauryn Wright also did a tremendous job. She was able to secure needed documents in a timely manner, as well as explaining documents we needed and how to get them. She was readily reachable, which is something we did not experience with our last lender. You could definitely tell she was doing everything in her power to meet deadlines in order to get us to the closing table on time.
