I recently refinanced my home with FBC and was very pleased with the entire process. This was the third time I have obtained a Mortgage with FBC and the experience has always been a positive one. I discussed different options with Matt Andre and he carefully and throughly explained various home loan opportunities to me. Even after I had decided on a 15 year fixed mortgage, I still had a lot of questions. Matt and his team were always prompt in their replies and ensured that I clearly understood everything about my loan terms and closing costs. I highly recommend FBC and specifically Matt Andre for his experience, knowledge, professionalism, and friendly demeanor.
Rachel's Tip: Be prepared to provide ample documentation. Additional documentation may be required when your home loan application is in the Underwriting phase. Do not open any new credit cards or make any major credit card purchases such as a car or lots of new furniture until AFTER you close on your home loan.

Jennifer Pitcher was very informative and was able to clearly explain the refinancing process and what to expect. She was quick to provide the required paperwork for our completion and initiated our loan request immediately. Her team of assistants that facilitated the loan processing were prompt, helpful and responsive to all of our questions. They were excellent at keeping us apprised of the status of the processing from receipt of the required paperwork, through the underwriting process and approval. Would recommend Jenifer and the team.
Christinia's Tip: FBC staff - ask at the beginning of the process if the house will titled in a Trust: Loan Applicants: Make sure you advise everyone immediately if you intend to title your property in a Trust. We did and this helped to prevent having to redo the paperwork. Also be prepared to provide copies of the Trust documents which must be reviewed and approved prior to final approval.
