Helpful but....
She has been super helpful since the beginning but during this process we feel that she never really communicated with us unless we called or emailed. When we were supposed to sign the first time we didnt know that it had been rescheduled until the night before and we only found out because we contacted them. We had already made arrangements for the day. It was just frustrating at times but other then that everything else went great.
