Ashley represented the company where I obtained financing for my new home last year. When the interest rates dipped, she thought of me and made contact to inquire about my interest in lowering the interest rate on the mortgage for my home. I wasn't really particularly interested for a number of reasons. Getting the initial loan approved took a lot of work on my part obtaining all the documentation for the underwriters. Then I learned that I could lower the payment significantly and the documentation for the refinancing would be much less. It required very little. I was directed to a secure website where I read and signed the documents electronically. Only one document required a wet signature. The process was smooth and streamlined and made it easy for me. Thank you Ashley and FBC!!
